A multiplayer mode for Batman: Arkham Origins, a return to Rapture in the new BioShock Infinite DLC, and the cancellation of Fez 2 and Phil Fish’s exit from the industry are the topics of this week’s podcast.
James, Anthony, and distracted Jamie kick off the podcast by discussing the recently announced Batman: Arkham Origins multiplayer. James and Jamie are both keen on the idea on paper, but Anthony has his reservations. The discussion shifts to the new BioShock Infinite DLC that takes players back to Rapture, which James uses as a chance to rant about the recent non-story, combat-focused DLC. Lastly, the crew bemoans the cancellation of Fez 2, and discuss the events that led to Phil Fish making that decision.
And for what they’ve been playing, James discusses Shadowrun Returns. He liked it – completing most of it in a weekend – even if the ending left a sour taste. Plus, Jamie and Anthony have been playing Cloudberry Kingdom and, unsurprisingly, Jamie is less impressed with it than Ant.
