To The Moon 2 announced

The sequel to the immensely popular narrative based and emotionally heavy To The Moon is in production.

If you’ve played To The Moon you would know how ridiculous and silly the above image is, but let’s just say that the original game has no combat of any kind and it is entirely story focused. However, that image contains many parts of the story, even the zombies, which just makes it even more amusing. The first game was widely well liked because of how emotionally intriguing the story was. Plus, it wasn’t an expensive game or very long, so even though the game really didn’t have any gameplay, besides walking around and solving the same type of puzzle over and over, people still loved it.

Today Freebird Games announced To The Moon 2 on their Facebook page, but they aren’t going to officially announce it until tomorrow and hopefully that will come with some solid details. For now we wait and if you are a fan of the first game you are also probably quite excited. If you’ve never played the first game and would like to see why people like it, check out BeefJack’s To The Moon review by Matthew Lee. You can also head on over to the Freebird Games Facebook page to join in on the speculation.
